FAF
Fathers and Football

OUR TEAMS

Two Programs. Two States. One Standard.

Our Story

One Mission. Two Coasts.

Fathers and Football is not a single team — it is a movement. Legacy 7 was built first, in Brambleton, Virginia, competing in the Loudoun NFL Flag Football league. Frisco Elite came next, establishing a presence in the Dallas/Frisco metroplex through the Dallas Cowboys NFL FLAG program.

The two programs are independently operated. Different coaches, different cities, different leagues. But the standard — the seven core values, the coaching philosophy, the expectation placed on every athlete — is the same. That shared standard is what makes them both Fathers and Football.

Together, VA + TX = FAF. And this is just the beginning.

Growing

More Programs. More States.

Fathers and Football is built to grow. The same standard that built Virginia and Texas is a standard that can be planted anywhere fathers are committed to developing complete athletes. New programs in other states will join the FAF family in the years ahead — same values, same philosophy, same expectation of excellence.
