Legacy 7 Brambleton 10U: Building the Standard in Loudoun County

Fathers and Football/March 23, 2026

Legacy 7 is competing in the Loudoun NFL Flag Football league this spring with a 10U squad built on effort, discipline, and a coaching model that develops the complete athlete — on and off the field.

The Legacy 7 10U team is on the field this spring in the Loudoun NFL Flag Football league, competing out of Brambleton, Virginia. This is the home program — the original Legacy 7 squad — and the standard it sets is the foundation for everything Fathers and Football is building.

The Loudoun NFL Flag League

Loudoun County has one of the strongest youth flag football communities in Northern Virginia. The NFL Flag league provides structured competition across multiple age divisions, giving athletes consistent game reps in a well-organized environment. For Legacy 7, this league is the proving ground where our coaching philosophy meets real competition.

What Makes This Team Different

Legacy 7 is not just another rec league team. Every practice, every rep, and every game is run with intention. Our athletes are coached on:

  • Route running precision — not just running patterns, but understanding why routes work and how to create separation
  • Defensive principles — reading the quarterback, zone awareness, and flag-pulling technique
  • Game intelligence — understanding formations, recognizing coverages, and making decisions under pressure
  • Character development — effort, discipline, integrity, and accountability in every interaction

The Bigger Picture

Legacy 7 Brambleton is one half of Fathers and Football. Alongside Frisco Elite in Texas, these two programs represent the beginning of a national network of teams built on the same values and coaching philosophy. Athletes from either program can represent Fathers and Football at tournaments and showcase events, creating opportunities that no single local team can provide on its own.

The 10U squad competing this spring is laying the foundation. Every athlete who steps onto that field in Brambleton is part of something bigger than a single season.
